both of the consultant payment request forms have recently been improved the first thing you may notice when looking at the new forms is that the top portion of the first tab has been reformatted the information being collected has not changed but some of the fields have been rearranged to save space a clarifying note has been added to the first tab just below the space for description of work completed to remind consultants that all of the top fields must be completed in order for their payment requests to be processed you will also note that instructions have been added to every unlocked cell by simply selecting any unlock cell consultants will automatically be provided with instructions on what information they need to enter for consultants who may not speak English but who need to submit their payment requests to the u.s. accounts payable team there are versions of the form available where the form itself is in English but the instructions are provided in French Spanish or Portugue
