all right well it is Jim is reminding us it is uh now the hour we're on the hour 11:00 a. we're going to go ahead and get started and to give you a little outline of what we're going to talk about today um you know I'm gonna kind of take the lead on part one here where we go through an overview um and look at some Trends in Illinois farmland leases uh Paul's joined me today to provide some uh some color commentary Paul was a real rural Appraiser for many years continues to do some of that work in addition to teaching here in the department so a lot of good experience and perspectives to bring in there and then Megan is going to uh take the lead in part two and talk about some of the conservation addendums uh that have been created uh that can go along with kind of some of the the standard more standard lease agreements historically standard lease agreements that we see in practice uh so first we want to just remind everybody or let everybody know that that on Farm do we do provide uh s
