all right we will go ahead and begin 601 call meeting to order the first uh uh agenda item is approval of minutes we have two months to approve from August 17th and September 21st did everyone have a chance to review those M yes sir okay any edits or additions I saw make Mo approve last second a motion in a second no further discussion minutes from August and September are approved uh radio commun radio communications committee report any update there I don't I don't the committee has not met um we um um um I think as director CR told you last month part of our uh approved uh Personnel was to add a radio uh employee and and that employee will be uh hired I I don't know exactly what the the planned start date for that will be or the actual starting the advertisement I think Chief CR is working on U the job description and all that so hopefully that'll be somebody that can help help with this project um going forward we have identified through dispatch that we have some programming areas
