So welcome everybody. My name is Dr. Anahid Ebrahimi and I work in the Office of Programs to Enhance Neuroscience Workforce Diversity within the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. We're pleased to welcome you to our Diversity F 31 Open House. Uh, before we get started, I just have a few housekeeping items. So this meeting will be basically kind of two halves, a presentation, uh, which will be recorded. And, uh, then we'll go into basically breakout rooms where you get, you'll get to meet with our NIH staff and get your questions answered. Uh, so please kind of save most of your questions for, uh, the breakout rooms. During the presentation, all attendees will be muted and we will record and transcribe this presentation, uh, for you to watch later on our website.
