If your text or email expires, you can verify your enrollment through online verification. Simply, log on to V-A dot gov slash education through your verified account. Select, “Manage Your Veterans Education Benefits.” Then select, “Verify Your School Enrollment.” From there, you'll be able to verify your current enrollment and any previous enrollments with a few clicks. It's as simple as that. If your enrollment status changes, please respond to V-A's text, email or online verification prompt appropriately. Then, contact your School Certifying Official to ensure your enrollment with V-A has been adjusted to prevent any overpayments. If you fail to verify for two consecutive months, your M-H-A and/or kicker payments will be placed on hold and you will need to utilize online verification, Ask V-A or call the Education Call Center.
