my name is Kathleen Valerio and I am your calendar girl yay woohoo breakout so my goal this afternoon is to give you a quick tour this is in essence what we're showing people in the in-person classes and of course if I happen to speak clearly and have nice demos some of this may become video ads to show people different tips and tricks of things they can do and hopefully oh we're getting the blue screen instead of my calendars there we go there's a calendar it works so this is essentially the a quick run-through of what I do is the hands-on and we do try to start when we do the hands-on training we have a set of training accounts so that people have a clear start and I do remind people throughout the day that if you schedule events even though you're using a training account with real people it will show up on their calendar so you know we try to keep it in-house and not invite and bother people with all of our lovely demos but somewhere along the line I do wind up sending an invite or
