so we take a look you can set this market watch up to be whatever you want it to be I always leave mine on seven days residential activity for the entire MLS uh and you can see that we're still adding quite a few listings this number of activity is up really quite a bit over what it was prior to uh the arrival of our friend Ian so we're still seeing some fairly robust listing activity sales still up at close to 600 pendings close to 650 price decreases still significant now remember you can go into any one of these uh first of all you can customize this to be just single family homes or just an area of your focus but it's important I think to always stay abreast of the [Music] um of the market and know you know if somebody says hey Jeff what's happening in the market you can say well you know what the market is still pretty active uh there's more activity going on now than there was free and we're not sure exactly what all that is but it could be listings that are coming on the market
