hi my name is zachary thompson the assistant director for transfer recruitment and outreach here at etsu i'm here to talk to you today about your next steps in the application process those next steps are requesting your official transcripts the definition of official transcript is any transcript that is coming from accrediting university directly to the school in which you are transferring to so that means that you need to contact your registrar's office or records office and ask them to send transcripts directly to etsu now etsu requires you to send all college and university coursework that you have taken in the past to us so you need to contact any college and university that you have ever attended in order to send these to etsu you can send those by mail or email if you're going to send them by mail please mail them to the office of admissions po box 70731 johnson city tennessee 37614 if you're going to send them electronically by email please have those sent to documents etsu.ed
