The general themes are bringing care more conveniently to the Folsom community, so that patients don't need to drive down to Sacramento. So more complex care, more expansive, comprehensive care, moving care, where possible, out of the hospital into an ambulatory setting. We'll have a full array of primary care. So pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, behavioral health, over a dozen specialty services, both medical and surgical. It'll have state-of-the-art new imaging center and infusion center and other supportive services for our patients. The medical office building is just the first building. We have over 40 acres that we've acquired there to meet the growing community's needs. So over the next few decades, will be listening very closely to the community and what services may be absent.
