- I started off really scared to get any kind of help for mental health resources. - I understand how difficult it can be to manage your mental health, but I want to let you know that - You are not alone in your feelings. (soft music plays) - We didn't have this before and I feel like it really consolidates all of the resources and mental well-being that we have here on campus. - Often at times, what's the most difficult thing for students is to take that first step. Trying to figure out, you know, where I should go. - Temple offers a variety of resources. You just might not be aware of all of them, and if you aren't, come visit the Wellness Resource Center. - With the Wellness Resource Center, we're focusing on health, education and programming.
