all right here we go it's five o'clock  we're going to call the um july 18th   meeting for the utility service board to order  uh the first item on our agenda is the approval   of the minutes from the july 5th meeting are  there any changes or additions to the minutes   seeing none is there a motion to approve second and all those in favor  say aye aye all those opposed   okay the minutes are approved uh we  will now go on to the approval of the   claims so we'll start with the  standard invoices with a grand total of four hundred twenty one thousand one  hundred forty eight dollars and sixty cents   are there any questions about any of the charges i do have two questions on page five this uh  potomac electrical services this power failure   that's a charge of almost thirty eight thousand  or over thirty eight thousand dollars what   happened there and if and vic if we can't get  answers on that it it was uh it was a power   failure at the blue chapel plant
