The Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report, (IPMDAR ) reflects current contract performance status and the forecast of future contract performance. It is the primary means of communicating program cost and schedule information between the contractor and the Government. The IPMDAR consists of three components. One, Contract Performance Dataset, (CPD). Two, Schedule. Three, Performance Narrative Report. The CPD provides performance and execution data. Essentially, it's a collection of data tables that captures several data elements pertaining to EVM. There are monthly to date contract performance metrics and time phase future forecasts. The schedule comes in two parts, the Schedule Performance Dataset, (SPD) and the native schedule. The SPD is a collection of data tables including detailed task and schedule metrics, task relationships, and resource assignments tables.
