Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). It is not rational to spend thousands, or tens of thousands, of dollars per hour to observe an individual that can not generate wealth or provide information useful in manipulating government operations.It is not rational to assume that aircraft should not be operating in air space over crowded urban areas.It is not rational to assume black SUVs should not be driving or parking on streets and alleys in crowded urban areas.In short, to believe that gangstalking is real I would have to engage in irrational thought, so I do not believe it is real, instead I believe it is evidence of abnormal paranoia in the minds of those I listened to on the subject.Hope this answers your question in some measure.
