And your card will be activated on your first purchase when scanned at the register. If you just want a card head to any register and your checker will go over to customer service and get you one. When you come to my register i’ll gladly grab you a club card if you would like one but i recommenced that you don’t fill out the in store paper but instead go to Safeway - Official Site or my preferred method is to call 1–877-SAFEWAY. The paper method can take up to 8 weeks or more before your info is up dated and you can use your phone number at the register instead of using your club card. A breed has to have their registry closed (no more crossing, which most doodle people oppose) and seek registration- AKC doesn’t hunt for new breeds.So unless a national doodle club starts trying to develop true breeding dogs and seeks registration (and is willing to close their studbook), no doodle cross will ever be an AKC breed.As long as breeders are creating sound dogs with solid temperaments and good health, and preferably purpose-bred, I personally say to each their own. If they aren’t doing that, a full AKC registration isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.It’s my opinion that one of the best things the AKC ever did was to finally register the Dalmatians from the 1973 backcross project. Took them nearly 40 years, though.
