Well, I recently took the transcripts from VTU Bangalore. Here is the procedure.Address: VTU Regional Office Bangalore , RHCS Layout Annapoorneshwarinagar, Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560091, IndiaDownload application from VTU website or refer the below link. http://vtu.ac.in/pdf/onlineform/...2. The prices for the issue of transcripts have been changed. They are now 500/- for the first copy 300/- for each subsequent copies. You can either make an online payment or take a DD in favor of Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum.If you make payment via online, make sure you mention the online payment id number on the application form.3. You then submit the filled up application form along with a photocopies of all your semester marks sheets and degree certificate. Also carry a PAN card copy as they might ask.4. The acknowledgement receipt will be given to you which you need to take while collecting the transcripts.5.Even though you fill the postal address on application form, you need to go to the office again to collect transcript copies. You can collect them after a week you have submitted. Please go on Monday to Friday in between 10am to 5pm. (Except public holidays)6. Transcripts are sealed. Do not open them as they won’t be accepted if done. A photo copy of transcript will be given with the sealed ones for your reference.Note: You can also collect your friend’s transcripts in the similar procedure. Only that while collecting just carry his/her mail which requests you to collect on his/her behalf.Also, if you want to refrain from all these steps, your things can be easy, if you visit the photocopy center just opposite to the office. All you have to do is carry mark sheets, degree certificate and of course money.A very sweet couple there makes your life easy by helping with the application form, making payments and guiding you with all the steps.
