So unless you really need it don't select. 3rd Party Permissions - Request users grant you permission to make API calls on their behalf.: 3rd party permissions are when you need to do something on behalf of some one else. Collecting payments doesn't need 3rd party permissions since the end user explicitly approves the pre-approval in your case.
