I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish but my understanding is that a timeshare owner is not a deeded owner but has a right-to-use agreement. One could file a quit claim deed with the county clerk or deed registrar but I doubt it would mean anything. A quit claim deed is merely a document whereby someone quits any ownership claim they may have in a property. It doesn’t mean they have any ownership to start with. I could convey my interest in the Brooklyn Bridge over to you via a quit claim deed and it would be meaningless because I don’t have any interest to convey.If you are trying to sell or transfer your right to use in a time share to someone else then you need to check your contract and perhaps have an attorney go over it to see exactly what the procedure is.

I strongly recommend that you do not quitclaim your ownership interest in a house to someone else. Legally at closing the purchasers funds are going to be paid to the legal owner and that won't be you. This can be found on an old deed or at your local County Clerk or Registry Office. A parcel ID number will also need to be listed on your Quitclaim Deed in some cases.
