I believe that there is still a $30 cancellation fee.Bankruptcy: If you file for bankruptcy or are unable to continue training due to legal financial obligations your contract can be closed.Physical Disability: Although the wording on the contract is vague, unless you are permanently physically disabled they will not allow you to quit your contract.Now that you are aware of their three ways to leave the contract (read your contract, they are listed there), let's talk about some more reasonable options!Get a new card. If you get a new card, whether debit or credit, they will NOT be able to bill you. We were taught to use a scare tactic that if you do not continue paying your personal training that your membership will be cancelled.
