Was Patricia Arquette's acceptance speech in the 2015 Academy Awards out of form?
I think it was a question that wasn't very well thought out. Last night, Patricia Arquette made a passionate plea for women everywhere : "To every woman who gave birth, to every taxpayer and citizen of this nation, we have fought for everybody else's equal rights,” she said. “It's our time to have wage equality once and for all and equal rights for women in the United States of America.” I agree whole-heartedly. But the grim reality is that equality will only come with a host of sacrifices that I believe most women are not ready to make, and even more would perceive as completely unfair and unnecessary. The commentary drew cheers from the crowd, especially from a visibly supportive Meryl Streep and Jennifer Lopez who applauded loudly from their front-row seats. It would be easy to make a comment about the two of them earning more money in a month than most will ever see during an entire lifetime, but that is another topic for another day and not at all pertinent to this issue. The point Arquette is trying to make (and what Streep and J-Lo were responding so enthusiastically to) is that women don’t enjoy the same professional treatment as men in this country. And they definitely do not. Of all sub-groups of women, white women comparatively make the most, and even then earn just 78% of what men in the same professional position earn. The financial fallout is immediately apparent, but I’m sure many women would argue that the emotional repercussions are far more damaging. I’m a straight white male. Right or wrong, as it pertains to earning potential, I’ve won the genetic lottery. I’m not going to lie, it’s nice. I’ve never experienced prejudice, racism or sexism. I don’t have to worry whether or not a woman in my position is out-earning me even though we are equally qualified. I’ve never been concerned with my employer viewing me as inferior or weak. So why is it that women are viewed in this regard, and as a result, are less respected and out-earned by men? So let’s take a detailed look at this question, as it is the crux of my argument. The answer is a simple one: in life, men are just expected to do more and work for everything they get. Now, note that I wrote “in life,” not “professionally.” I don’t believe that men do their professional jobs any better or work any harder than women do. But in LIFE, more is expected (demanded, actually) of a man than a woman. Now before everyone starts pounding out an angry response, let me explain. I’ll pose these questions for all the women out there: When was the last time you were expected to pick up the check on a first date (and in large part, any date)? When was the last time a man found it rude that you didn’t open the door and hold it for him? When was the last time you changed a tire (do you even know how)? Does your boyfriend/husband just expect you to be able to successfully navigate the two of you to a previously unknown destination? Has anyone ever questioned you “being a real woman” if you had to stop at a gas station and ask for directions? Has a man ever offered or helped you to carry a bag? Have you ever gotten into a club for free or skipped a line of hundreds of men shivering in the cold, simply because you’re a woman? Have you ever paid for bottle service at a club in Las Vegas, or did someone just approach you and a group of your friends and offer it to you for free? Do men say “after you” when you all get out of an elevator. Do they give up their seat on a crowded train? When was the last time you bought a guy at a bar a drink to afford you the opportunity to talk to him? When was the last time you were an hour late and used the excuse (with total expectation of it smoothing over your tardiness) “sorry, I’m a girl, we’re always late?” Would you find it acceptable if your boyfriend/husband didn’t plan anything on Valentine’s Day and expected the same level of forgiveness by offering up “sorry, I’m a guy. We just don’t find these things important.” Additionally, how is it his responsibility to plan the date to begin with – it is a day to celebrate your love from both sides, is it not? Many of you would likely dismiss these acts as simply “being chivalrous.” Sorry, but you can’t have it both ways. You cannot expect to be treated differently in life but the same in the office. If we’re constantly doing things for you that you’re either not expected to do or cannot do on your own, does it not make sense that men would view women as weaker/inferior? It is no more of a sexist act to expect a man to perform any of the aforementioned acts as it is for him to expect you to be able to cook, clean or take care of the kids. So, let’s explore those roles. Can you cook? And I don’t mean heat something up, I mean prepare a properly cooked meal like your mother likely made you as a child? As a single man in his 30s, let me just answer that question – no you can’t. Do you clean, or do you have someone who cleans your home for you? And even if you do clean your own home, should that really afford you any added respect, or is that simply part of being an adult? Every guy is capable of vacuuming, dusting and doing laundry. So that brings us to the final frontier: child rearing. I’m not going to address the child-bearing/birth-giving process. I appreciate how uncomfortable and painful it is, but lasting only nine months per child, it’s simply not a signNow enough period of time to matter as it pertains to your life. Raising a child well is a very difficult job, and a 24/7 job for the first few years. It’s also a job that husbands help with. And let’s be honest, once the child is in school, from 8-4, you’re free. But, given the fact that if you’re a stay-at-home mom, your husband is at work while you’re working at home. So in all fairness, it’s not like you’re doing any more for him than he’s doing for you. Now that we’ve covered gender roles, let’s look at everything from a man’s perspective – since we are, after all, the “ones in charge” of what women are making. With all we are expected to do and know (and you are not), with every courtesy we are expected to afford you (without you affording it to us), it is simply not possible to disassociate women being inferior in the work place. “Let me help you with that.” “Here, let me get that for you.” “I’ll pick up the check.” “Don’t worry about it, I’ll take care of it.” How many times can men say this to women in their lifetimes and not have it affect how we feel about you in the workplace? Here’s what I propose: that all stops tomorrow. No more door holding, drink buying or check getting. You’ll struggle with your own bags, and if they’re too heavy to lift into the overhead compartment, you’ll just have to learn to pack lighter or go to the gym more. When you show up a half hour late for dinner, we won’t be there. Half of the time, you can pick us up, ON TIME, on our first date – a date that you will plan and pay for. You can approach us at the bar half the time and ask us out, and if we deem you worthy, we’ll give out our number. You’ll open doors for us as much as we’ll open them for you. If we’re looking exhausted on the train, you’ll offer up your seat. You’ll have to pay for bottle service. You’ll wait in line at the club like everyone else. We will hold you accountable when it comes to directions, planning, and being on time and not tolerate failure – as you do not tolerate it of us. In short, WE WILL TREAT YOU EQUALLY TO ANY MAN. And in return, we will gladly pay you equally. Now, the question is, are you ready, or not?

How can I fill out the FY 2015-16 and 2016-17 ITR forms after the 31st of March 2018?
As you know the last date of filling income tax retruns has been gone for the financial year 2015–16 and 2016–17. and if you haven’t done it before 31–03–2018. then i don’t think it is possible according to the current guidlines of IT Department. it may possible that they can send you the notice to answer for not filling the retrun and they may charge penalty alsoif your income was less than taxable limit then its ok it is a valid reson but you don’t need file ITR for those years but if your income was more than the limit then, i think you have to write the lette to your assessing officer with a genuine reason that why didn’t you file the ITR.This was only suggestion not adviceyou can also go through the professional chartered accountant

Do military members have to pay any fee for leave or fiancee forms?
NOOOOOOO. You are talking to a military romance scammer. I received an email from the US Army that directly answers your question that is pasted below please keep reading.I believe you are the victim of a military Romance Scam whereas the person you are talking to is a foreign national posing as an American Soldier claiming to be stationed overseas on a peacekeeping mission. That's the key to the scam they always claim to be on a peacekeeping mission.Part of their scam is saying that they have no access to their money that their mission is highly dangerous. If your boyfriend girlfriend/future husband/wife is asking you to do the following or has exhibited this behavior, it is a most likely a scam:Moves to private messaging site immediately after meeting you on Facebook or SnapChat or Instagram or some dating or social media site. Often times they delete the site you met them on right after they asked you to move to a more private messaging siteProfesses love to you very quickly & seems to quote poems and song lyrics along with using their own sort of broken language, as they profess their love and devotion quickly. They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for. They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy. The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. I received this wonderful response back with lots of useful links on how to find and report your scammer. And how to learn more about Romance Scams.Right now you can also copy the picture he gave you and do a google image search and you will hopefully see the pictures of the real person he is impersonating. this doesn't always work and take some digging. if you find the real person you can direct message them and alert them that their image is being used for scamming.Good Luck to you and I'm sorry this may be happening to you. please continue reading the government response I received below it's very informative. You have contacted an email that is monitored by the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command. Unfortunately, this is a common concern. We assure you there is never any reason to send money to anyone claiming to be a Soldier online. If you have only spoken with this person online, it is likely they are not a U.S. Soldier at all.
