This regional process works really well because we can have five, six, seven school districts come, and we can work with them. And we have time to work individually. There are two school success facilitators here, so we can individually sit with the school districts and help them along. Of course we start off with a presentation. There's things we want them to learn, as far as leadership skills, how to come to consensus, what is conflict about, and how to handle conflict. So there's so many things for them to learn. And then they do a lot of group work. You know, their data sources, there are so many data sources, that when they bring those together, this is a good time for us to help them interpret what that data says. And so I really like the process of bringing those schools, bringing that many schools here. We do find one person from a table might go and talk to somebody else at a different table.
