okay i think uh you're recording all right well good morning everyone um we we've had some technical problems we've been working through and and this is all kind of new to to all of us um here at the extension fortman county extension and also i think even at the central appraisal district uh mr cruz and anna they're they're they're working through some technical issues there too but we thank you for being here this morning and we hope that we can make this kind of a more than just a once a year event to kind of outreach to folks to um let them know about um about you know appraisals of their land and in in all this everything that needs to be done in order to make sure you're saving money and in i guess paying or share as well um and without further ado i'm going to go ahead and turn it over uh to ben cruz with the with the central appraisal district uh in in in his in his partner as well uh anna cariaga and i hope i said i hope i pronounced your last name right if i didn't i apologiz
