we have hope and by the way hope is not in our foreign country if we didn't want to cooperate with them we would and we have won so you know there already is a great deal of civilian oversight and to to spend more tax dollars when it really needs to go into a new training academy for the police department a fire police office ways to improve on training and improve on community involvement that's where we need to be spending we don't yes more accountability no you know remember what I said earlier today and that was that every district has a civilian advisory in the districts but they have no power well they can they're the ones that are talking with the district commanders and if they aren't happy they'll be going to the alternate so they do have it's just that they haven't been kept for some other things that are going on there's always something new something better and so they're trying to put in another layer of government and quite frankly they don't think it's at all I don't sup
