hey everybody in this video i'm going to show you how you can use google forms to create a nice looking review copy and advanced review copy request forms and for free it's very easy to do with google forms here's the google forms you can get information uh about google forms here on their website at google.com forward slash forums for slash about i have a link on that but once you go to google forms you'll be set up to for to create your uh your forms here and it's very straightforward you click on the little uh plus button here it'll create a new form i'll show you the one i created to receive review copies so first let me show you what it's going to look like what it looks like live so this is what the form looks like this is for people who want to request a review copy of my book so basically go to this form here this will be this is on my website and so you people i've created several required fields here name email address uh what format they prefer moby or epub you can do others
