hey there on today's video we're going to talk about what you need to get qualified for a mortgage my name is katherine hagerty and i'm with keller williams and i work in the southern california market so let's jump into the video today we're going to talk about five things that you need to provide a lender with so that you can see what you qualify to purchase item number one is you're going to need your bank statements and these will need to be from the past two months and you will provide all your bank statements for your financials that will help them see what you carry on a daily average and that leads to number two number two is going to be your w-2s or if you're self-employed you'll need your 1099s these w-2s and 1099s they will probably want the past two years so you may have to dig into your files and look at last year's tax returns to get a copy of them item number three pay stubs so whatever job you have worked for the past three excuse me the past two years yes um two years
