Hello. As you might know, in the summer of 2016, the Regional Representative positions come up for election. The nomination period for these positions begins the first week of January and continues until the end of March. So, if you're interested, and want to become a regional representative by nominating yourself, there are two requirements that you need to fulfill. The first requirement is that you be certified for at least four years. The second requirement is that you live in the region that you want to represent, for at least two years. If you meet both requirements, the next thing that needs to be done is you need to have a form filled out, with 25 signatures, and this form needs to be sent to Headquarters to the email address: nominations@rid.org If you have a desire to be involved in RID at the national level, now is the time!
