[Music]  this job is as hard as you make it and it's all about communication you can as long as you're able to communicate and that's with staff and Resident's just be able to talk to them we're all human we all make mistakes at the end of the day you know we're all humans before anything else, and just you know sharing that Humanity with them and you know talk to them like people and not you know talking to them not at them one of the points that we always try to make is our staff they've committed themselves to sustaining a safe environment a positive Workforce positive work environment and those folks they are First Responders they are unsung heroes you definitely make a big difference here you know not only with the staff that work here but the offenders that reside here because they integrate back into society and you want to make sure that they integrate back into society better than what they came in you can see all the positivity and just the little change that you make and so
