Hello. I'm Tanisha Elliott-Evans and I work for the United States Office of Personnel Management in the court ordered benefits department. I'm Sharon Peterson Isaac. I'm a senior paralegal specialist with the court ordered benefits branch. And we're here just to give you a general overview of the court ordered benefits and we're here to provide just the background information as well as any information that'll help assist you with your employees when they're transitioning to retirement. So, OPM published regulations on court orders in 1992, and it's Title V, Code of Federal Regulations, part 838. So, generally, that's where we come from when we're governing court orders and we're--that's where--excuse me. That's where our guidance comes from when we're processing court orders.
