I try to find out exactly what they're here for: SNAP benefits, their Medicaid, their disability, do they have to drop off pending work, do they need to speak to a supervisor. …and your daughter up on the computer. We’ll do one TANF and we’ll do one adult Medicaid. Clients do not want to get on the computer, but I try to get them out of line and get them online. I try to encourage them to use the online services to apply. So, whatever the need, I try to fill it. We kind of prep the case before they go to the case advisor. There is no typical day.
