all right for this video I want to do a quick walkr of the form 1040 schedule 2 for additional taxes and in this one we'll be looking at a 2023 tax year example now I don't want to cover every single line item in a lot of detail what I want to do is run through this and touch on some of the items that are more often seen on the 1040s than others you'll find that there are some pretty obscure ones here which frankly most people will just never come across at all so we'll go through some of these the more important ones and I do have more indepth and detailed example tutorial videos on some of these forms so as we go through them and I talk about them briefly I'll have links Below in the description for some of those that I've already covered in more depth so if we start with part one here additional taxes so AMT and the advanced premium credit so AMT on 6251 every taxpayer should be completing this 6251 to make sure that they're not in AMT uh but most taxpayers quite frankly don't have
