so good afternoon everyone my name is Brittany Gregory I'm the associate director of judicial legislative relations for the administrative office of the courts or ALC thank you to everyone for joining AOC in the Department of Corrections for the webinar today the goal is just to give everyone a refresher on how to properly complete the judgment and sentence forms and then we'll also talk about some of the common mistakes we see in the completed forms and how we can prevent those from happening there will also be a chance for attendees to ask questions at the end so please save your questions to the end and then you'll be able to enter them to the chat and Haley will read those aloud for the presenters to answer um so I introduced myself but I also want to give the other panelists an opportunity to introduce themselves starting with Diane ashlock hello everyone I'm Diane ashlock I work with the Department of Corrections I've been with the agency for my entire career and that's over 30 y
