I live in Germany. I got an invite to the Quora partner program the day I landed in USA for a business trip. So from what I understand, irrespective of the number of views on your answers, there is some additional eligibility criteria for you to even get an email invite.If you read the terms of service, point 1 states:Eligibility. Effective November 1, 2018, the I-693 medical report will be valid for two years from the date of submission to USCIS (and not one year as it is currently). At the same time, USCIS are shortening the I-693 validity period to 60 days from the date the Civil Surgeon signs the I-693 medical exam (it used to be one year).

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has issued new guidance on submission of medical examinations (Form I-693), effective November 1, 2018. Under the new guidance, medical examinations submitted on or after Nov. 1, 2018 must have been signed by the civil surgeon within 60 days of submission.

The Form I-693 must be dated no earlier than 60 days before you filed your underlying application. A properly and timely completed Form I-693 remains valid for two years from the date of the civil surgeon's signature.

The new guidelines state that: A Form I-693 is valid only when a civil surgeon signs it no more than 60 days before the date an applicant files the application for the underlying immigration benefit; and USCIS adjudicates the application within 2 years from the date of the civil surgeon's signature.

Many civil surgeons have that form with them. Results of the medical examination are valid for 1 year before you file I-485. After you file I-485, they are valid forever as long as I-485 is pending.
