I am gonna try and get in depth on this. Only because I appreciate the interest in this subject as this adversely affects me and many others.I have two co morbid conditions, one will kill me prematurely (Cystic Fibrosis) the other just makes things difficult as I reside on the Autism Spectrum. I have to balance all of this without a job, no income, and public scrutiny and very little assistance. Just as people think racism isn't an issue, they assume just because it’s the law we are no longer discriminated against. For every 1 law, comes many loopholes.Autism make me inept in a lot of circumstances. Dealing with others is difficult, and I mean it is hell in many circumstances. I am savant like, meaning I have valuable skills, I am analytical and logical. I can see things others cannot, I can solve seemingly complex problems. I am slow and misunderstood and confused a great deal of the time when in social situations, but I am efficient and understand how to prioritize a many of different scenarios to achieve desired positive results that benefit everyone.Needless to say I receive Disabilty income, a paltry 800 bucks a month (I won't go into the absurd requirements needed to maintain my only help). Since my father has passed a year ago I now get 1500. Compared to living off of 800, 1500 is very nice. I am not blind as this is still living in poverty on top of the fact that managing several co-morbid issues is very difficult, not to mention very very expensive. We all know very well how expensive and overpriced medical care is. Even with my assistance I still find myself struggling to survive physically and mentally daily.Ask anyone what we are doing on welfare and they get this vision that we are columbian drug lords living the life of Pablo Escobar as if we have all this free money and we have fancy cars and multiple houses and the ladies are plentiful. I am sure I’m not alone that if given proper help I could become self-sufficient, something I desperately try to figure out how to achieve, I try to stay optimistic but the reality is I do not see it happening.Jobs are exceedingly difficult to get, even with assistance we are often underemployed and underpaid. Housing is literally impossible to find even with assistance. Us horrid individuals on welfare are the enemy of the sate, however Mr. Stumpf the CEO of wells fargo is given many, many, many passes and gets to keep the money he stole from others. But hey when we ask for a livable wage society deems us as ill moral individuals who live lives of luxury. How dare us ask for assistance that provides valuable assistance, perhaps even enough assistance that could remove us from the welfare system. No one wants self sustainability. We are allowed help as long as it comes in the form of oppression. As difficult as my life is I understand others have it far worse such as those needing wheelchairs and constant human assistance. This doesnt make life easier though. We all struggle daily even with the assistance we may get. Regardless of all the shortcomings I receive from a broken society I dont ever ask for more than what anyone else gets, what is deemed fair, and I cannot get that. The two things that I ask for that I will never get is accommodation and understanding. With accommodation and understanding most disabled individuals can become self sustainable, but they don’t want that because then we are actually free. With oppression comes profits that are otherwise unachievable.So please give us the benefit of the doubt, realize we are just trying to survive. Just give me accommodation and understanding, please.

I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the  location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.)
