Well, I recently took the transcripts from VTU Bangalore. The prices for the issue of transcripts have been changed. They are now 500/- for the first copy 300/- for each subsequent copies. You can either make an online payment or take a DD in favor of Finance Officer, VTU Belgaum.If you make payment via online, make sure you mention the online payment id number on the application form.3. You then submit the filled up application form along with a photocopies of all your semester marks sheets and degree certificate. Also carry a PAN card copy as they might ask.4. The acknowledgement receipt will be given to you which you need to take while collecting the transcripts.5.Even though you fill the postal address on application form, you need to go to the office again to collect transcript copies. You can collect them after a week you have submitted. Please go on Monday to Friday in between 10am to 5pm. (Except public holidays)6. Transcripts are sealed. Do not open them as they won’t be accepted if done. A photo copy of transcript will be given with the sealed ones for your reference.Note: You can also collect your friend’s transcripts in the similar procedure. Only that while collecting just carry his/her mail which requests you to collect on his/her behalf.Also, if you want to refrain from all these steps, your things can be easy, if you visit the photocopy center just opposite to the office. All you have to do is carry mark sheets, degree certificate and of course money.A very sweet couple there makes your life easy by helping with the application form, making payments and guiding you with all the steps. Do not try to fill in your complete addressNow calculate the Transcript fee you want to paySay you want 7 transcripts, then RS 500 for the first transcript and Rs 300 for the next 6 transcripts. That makes the total RS 500 + Rs 1800 - Rs 2300Also if you want the transcript to be mailed to an address out of India add Rs 1500 to the totalNow enter the numbers 2300 next to the blank labelled as belowISSUE OF OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT : 2300Once you enter capcha and hit submit you get a page with your details displayed. Check mobile number . And hit Proceed Button to go to the payments page which is reasonable. They have different charges for different modes of payment. You cannot fill the application form again with same registration id . if something is going wrong in that application form then you fill another application form with new registration id. but you cannot give the ssc exam with both application form. you only once give the exam at one registration id. if you take the exam two types then SSC CANELLED your candidature. and also you debarred from SSC examination further for 3 years.

It seems to me that in your country, you'd call this a Post Code.

Based on my own experience of getting the Driving license for Geared two wheeler on myself with no bribe/brokers, I can say the process of getting driving license in Bangalore, Karnataka can be divided into two stages.Stage 1 : Apply for Learner’s License (LLR)Visit the Sarathi website and select the New Learners license under Apply online drop down menu. Fill in all the required details, upload signature and photograph, upload required proofs, book slot, make payment (FYI the payment can also be done at the respective RTO) and visit the applied RTO on the slot date with the printed application form, xerox copies of the proofs(FYI I have submitted my rental agreement + Electricity bill for residence proof, Aadhaar card for Id proof, Birth Certificate for DOB proof) along with the originals for verification.The computer operator will verify the documents and start your test. The test contains the questions on basic traffic signs. Once passed, After 3 days, the RTO authorities would upload the Learner’s license to the sarathi website for you application number. You may take the print out of you Learner’s License. The approximate cost would be around 250 INR.Stage 2: Apply for Driving License (DL)Step 1:Once you complete 30 days after Learner license approval, you can again visit the Sarathi website and select the New Driving license under Apply online drop down menu. Fill in all the required details, book slot, make payment (FYI the payment can also be done at the respective RTO).Step 2:Visit the applied RTO on the slot date with the application print outs along with the documents of the vehicle you take for the driving test. You need to staple the Chalaan payment bill with Application form, Learner’s license printout, Slot booking appointment printout, vehicle documents, Stamped Postal cover with the delivery address written on it (This is used to send your DL through post. Usually you can get it in the shops near RTO offices). Once verified you will be directed to take the bio-metrics followed by the DL test(I was asked to go straight, take a U turn and come back which I did giving the vehicle and hand signals. In case of the RTOs having separate track installed, the test might vary). Once passed, you will be asked to sign in the DL register and be informed the DL will be dispatched through post within 20 days. If in case you have not received the driving license in 20 days, you may enquire the RTO with the application number. Since I have asked this question, I believe that I should share the knowledge I have managed to collect in its regard.So, it appears that you should file a SS-4 form to apply for the Employer Identification Number (EIN). To this successfully you will need to have a contract signed with customer in the USA. You will have to show given contract to the US IRA.The downside of this method is that:It requires for you to sign contract with US party prior to the acquiring the EINYou will have to mail originals of your Passport/Natinal ID and contract to the IRA.Instead of going that way, I have decided to register my own "Disregarded entity"-type LLC.If you are also considering going that way, please note that the most popular state for registering such companies (namely, Delaware) is not necessary best for your particular case.AFAICK, tax-wise, there are two top states:Delaware (DE): Sales Tax = 0%, Income Tax = 6.95%Nevada (NV): Sales tax = 7.93%, Income Tax = 0%You will need to find registered agent to register your LLC properly.
