Does being 11% Spanish, according to Ancestry DNA make me Hispanic? I don’t mind one way or another, but I’m forever filling out that question, and I’d like to be accurate.What question does the questioner is always filling out? For sure, the 11% result of a particular DNA ancestry test does not make you Spanish or Hispanic. What is your ethnic lineage? What is your nationality? For example, if you are of Puerto Rican parentage, the chances are good that you are almost 80% Spanish—that is, before taking into account errors in testing and other distracting nuisances. How do we get the numbers: Recently we had had numerous tests jumping into the market. The curiosities of people and marketing strategies have brought many to the realm of the testing environment. He may eventually come to accept his real parents, but he will remain Ned Stark’s son by nurture.His parentage reveal may produce one desired result, though. It may help Jon accept that he is the Prince that Was Promised. It could be the final push he needs to accept the duty and go through certain rituals to fight and succeed against the Others. That is what his parentage matters for, the prophecy, and the final war. Nothing more.Jon has always had a chip on his shoulder about being a bastard. It would be hard for him to accept all this time he could have been spared the mockery and taint of bastardy, and how he could have lived a normal life. The negatives of knowing his parentage is that he may become more disenchanted and depressed about the world. His existence came about from lies, secrets, war and bloodshed. He then had to live a lonely, and tainted life. In a way, he is a designer baby, bred for one purpose. He really hasn’t had a choice in life to choose his path. I live in Germany. I got an invite to the Quora partner program the day I landed in USA for a business trip. Get an introduction to the target company through a referral if possible.  A lot of the companies that retain us even talk explicitly about "no agency referrals" on their website.  There are times that going in through HR or their staffing org can be to your benefit but more often that not it helps to have a referral with a "VP" in their title to get you that introduction.  You might still be a long way from getting a fee agreement signed (retained or contingent) but you'll be a lot close than being one of the hundreds of agency recruiters leaving voicemails for the VP HR or Staffing Manager.
