Any employees who directly handle firearms must be licensed, and employees who are not directly involved in handling firearms must be able to pass a background check if they are not licensed. Co-owners, spouses, and anyone connected to the business must be able to pass a background check as well.Now, if you just want to buy and sell a few guns here as a hobby, you don't need to be a business. All gun (law abiding) owners have to pay for a license here, so you can sell and ship firearms to any purchaser directly, as long as they have the proper license class, and if it is a class that is registered, you have to wait until the transfer is complete.
