it's an honor to be honest with you when you do that first lap you saw everyone's clapping you and stuff like and you're thinking well hang on a minute i'm just me i had a football injury um it's basically set a tumor off in my foot so i didn't really have an option it was either your leg comes off or you're gonna die in here but again cancer research and stuff put me through all the treatments and everything like that and i'm here today i like to meet other survivors i like to inspire people as well because a lot of people get very frightened when they hear the word cancer and it's nothing to be frightened about anymore because we are fighting back and there's cures all over the place one thing i really do love is in the survivors tent the amount of survivors we're getting in there are more and more all the time so obviously we're doing something right by providing the money the love the camaraderie the friendship the feelings of togetherness shines through and we're having fun long l
