uh it's my pleasure to talk to you today about understanding the elements of a physical demands description uh i am tuning in to you from london ontario where i think we might even get all four seasons here today it's very strange day we have rain warm temperatures which will turn into freezing rain then snow and so it'll be very interesting to see where it goes but hopefully everyone is uh safe if you're out there in experiencing that kind of weather like i'm having today so um physical description are it's a bit of a challenging topic because it's not what we would call a glamorous topic uh in the ergonomics world you know uh competing with things like exoskeletons and artificial intelligence it's kind of an exciting time to be an ergonomist to see where these things go and and kind of what happens so so physical demands description not necessarily the most glamorous of topics compared to that but a very necessary component uh when it comes to especially the return to work side of th
