I believe you are trying to withdraw PF. If that is correct, then I think its not a mandatory thing as I was able to submit these forms to my ex-employer without the stamp. I did receive the PF!

You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview)  but it's worth it of course.

Just register on the admission portal and during registration you will get an option for the entrance based course. Just register there. There is no separate form for DU CIC.

Equity and revenue are not the same thing. Just ask Twitter. Equity is a share of ownership. Revenue is property of the company, and the company is property of its owners, so there's a level of indirection. What your programmer is talking about is more correctly called royalties - a percentage of revenue. This comes directly from the company, and so indirectly from the owners. That all said, it sounds like what you should be looking at is a co-founder situation, where you split the ownership of the company (not necessarily evenly), and take mutual responsibility for its success, and both benefit in the case of success. That's a true equity arrangement. You build the company up and either extract revenue via dividends, or sell the company. That also means that it's quite possible neither of you will ever make a dime for all your hard work. But really, don't take a "cool idea" too seriously. Ideas are cheap - not worthless, but cheap. Working products are valuable. If you well and truly love this idea enough to see it through, you don't actually need him. You just need to get the coding work done somehow.
