Do you need to send a domestic wire transfer for transactions such as closing on a home, sending money to someone’s personal account, or to a business in order to pay an invoice? Here are the steps to send funds quickly and securely, using Bank of America’s online banking. To help make the process smooth and easy, first gather the recipient’s bank account information including bank account number, account type (such as checking or savings), wire routing number, and the recipient’s address that’s on file with their bank. After logging in, hover your cursor over the “Transfer | Zelle®” tab and click “To/From other banks (includes wires)”.
