during the recertification cycle the school need to fill out enrollment information for each credential offered to get started click on the Add button add a new category type click on add new enrollment category this will direct a pop up on the screen you're able to make your selection based on gender and enrollment type click the radio buttons to make your selection you're able to fill in the total enrollment numbers by for ethnicity and the table below as you're entering numbers in the table the numbers will be totaling at the bottom continue to enter the total enrollment numbers for age then hit save once saved the numbers will appear on the enrollment information screen you're able to click on edit to edit that rows information then hit save you're also able to delete enrollment information that you've entered you're able to continue entering an enrollment information by category if you enter the same category information the numbers will pop up on the screen and you're able to con
