I hope this will be helpful and an informative session for those who are interested in partnering with the BLM on behalf of the wild horses and burros that we are tasked with managing. For awareness, we are recording this webinar and we plan to share it publicly on our website in the weeks that follow. So before we get started, just running over what we have planned for this webinar. We'll start with some introductions for our panelists. We'll go through the Wild Horse and Burros Mission and Goals. We have a tentative plan for fiscal year 2024 to share with you. And then we'll talk about applying for grants about the public purpose and substantial involvement requirements. We'll go through our off-range, on-range and research priorities for the National Wild Horse and Burro Program. Then we'll talk about a little bit of a summary of the SAM requirement
