hello and welcome to a tutorial on how to create a payment form in this video you'll learn how to create a payment form allowing your customers to purchase a single item let's start by clicking the e-commerce tab then click create payment form this is where you'll see your created items listed if you don't see any items listed here click create item to create a new one to use for this payment form you can also create an item by clicking catalogue then add an item in the top right after you've created the item select that item you can edit the header of the payment form by clicking settings in the black header bar this is where you can choose a custom URL for this payment form header background color text color and choose which contact information you want to display next you can select which payment types you'd like to accept using this form credit cards ACH or both keep in mind that if you only accept one type of payment through pay simple you will not see this option at all here you
