this is a little bonus segment i'm going to show you guys how to log in to practicemate and add a pair so let's see if i can share my screen get into my practice mate account pretty much any platform you use you're going to have to create your payer table and so it's all roughly the same process but essentially what you're going to do is you're going to go to manage office you're going to come down to insurance insurances and this is where like i've already got these payers set up but let's say i'm going to add a new new payer so if i click add new and i click browse what it does it gives me a list of all the payers in the database so let's say for example it's an aetna plan i type in aetna and i hit search now i've got three pages of aetna usually if you're looking for your specific state you can find it but what's more important is the payer id number because it doesn't matter what it says here on the right what matters is that the payer id matches the payer id on the insurance card
