when xl is engaged in the process to build a new power plant there was this identical process going on to demolish the old plant and we knew what was going to come from that was a fairly large open swath of land so excel in our conversations with the city and the community identified a really good reuse for a big chunk of this land and that's an off-leash dog park for those of us who are dog owners i i think it's been incredible to have this in st paul so we don't always have to go outside st paul it really brings people together it's extremely social everyone's in a great mood their dogs are running and exercising it's really the definition of community you have great conversations at the dog park with people that you might not ever have met anywhere else so yeah it's definitely a part of my life we're right in the city's backyard but the city's right in our backyard so it's it's good to partner together we strive to really find the best value for the citizens of the city in the commu
