Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I think number one, was that Jared Kushner does not want to fill out the questionaire completely. He knew he had a, ahem, troubled past and that past would flag his application. Two, you have to fill it out, ultimately, yourself. You must signNow, under penalty of perjury, it is true and correct.
