I’m not sure what you are trying to accomplish but my understanding is that a timeshare owner is not a deeded owner but has a right-to-use agreement. One could file a quit claim deed with the county clerk or deed registrar but I doubt it would mean anything. A quit claim deed is merely a document whereby someone quits any ownership claim they may have in a property. It doesn’t mean they have any ownership to start with.
