If you are operating as a sole prietor, you would simply note the results of your operation on a Schedule C, and attach it to your form 1040. If however you have a Subchapter S corporation or an LLC you would have to fill out the pass through tax returns for them, and the profit or loss from your business would be reported to you on a K1 form which would also become part of your 1040 form. It seems to me you should just ask American Express if they have form you can fill out.  It seems odd they would want to see an earnings statement, but if you need to show some sort of proof of income, typically in the absence of a pay stub, your most recently-filed tax return should suffice.I'd really ask them first before automatically sending them your tax returns though.

Although American citizens are warmly welcomed in Gaza, there are currently many challenges getting in (and occasionally getting out).I am very familiar with this issue. In fact I visited Gaza for one month in 2013, and I returned to Gaza for a fifteen month stay beginning in March of 2014. I have gone through all the procedures and challenges that I describe here.I am an independent observer, citizen journalist, photographer and human rights activist - and not associated with any international organization.Currently there only two options for getting into Gaza -You can fly to Israel, travel overland from Tel Aviv to the north of the Gaza Strip - and enter Gaza through the border crossing at Erez. It is a short taxi drive from Tel Aviv to Erez border crossing.The alternative is to fly into Egypt (most often Cairo), travel by taxi from Cairo to Rafah which is in the south of the Gaza Strip - and enter Gaza through the border crossing between Egypt and Gaza at Rafah.There is no air service or ferry service for Gaza. The Gaza airport was destroyed several years ago by the Israelis, and ferries are prevented from entering Gaza using its ports. The Israels prevent access to Gaza from the sea. Their gunboats prevent access.It is actually relatively easy to get to Gaza using the Israeli or Egyptian land routes.Americans can fly with few challenges into Israel or into Egypt.The challenge that Americans face is securing the special permits that are required to enter Gaza because entry is managed by Israel or Egypt. Visas are easy to secure but the special permits are not so easy to secure.Typically Americans who enter Gaza are entering as journalists, as volunteers, as medical workers, or as employees of international organizations like the UN or UNICEF. Americans (and other internationals) are not entering Gaza as tourists or casual visitors at this time - although some may attempt to enter to visit families.Getting entry documents (visas) from the Palestinian government in Gaza is fairly straightforward. Once a person is invited to travel to Gaza, there is an application process that is almost identical to applying for a visa. Often the applications are managed by friends or co-workers in Gaza. My entry in 2014 and a 15 month residency was organized by a close friend in Gaza, and it just took a few days to secure approval. The process is pretty straight forward. When it is finalized, you will be given travel documents.Now the CHALLENGES -If you choose to enter Gaza via Israel, you have to apply to Israel to secure a special permit to use the border crossing at Erez. Approvals are limited to certain categories of visitors, and getting an approval is very difficult. And if you are a human rights activist or a BDS supporter or a Palestinian supporter, your chances of getting in are limited based on changes in procedures in recent years. In fact, if you are any one of these, you could very well get stopped at the airport, interrogated for several hours, deported and put back on a plane . This has been the experience of many friends in the last couple of years.And even if you do get into Israel en route to Gaza, you could also be turned back on the Israeli side of the Gaza border crossing after being stopped and interrogated again - even if you have all of the paperwork that is required.If you choose to enter Gaza via Egypt as an American citizen, you are currently out of luck. In recent months, the Egyptian border with Gaza has been open on a near daily basis, and this should have made entry easier for Americans, but sadly Americans are still shut out. Normally, international visitors who want to enter Gaza via Egypt will apply for a special permit that allows them to cross the Sinai Desert and to enter Gaza at Rafah border crossing. This is what I did in 2013 and 2014. It took several weeks to secure approval, but the process was straightforward. Starting in 2014, Egypt began to require United State citizens and passport holders to secure approval from the US State Department before Egypt would issue the necessary permits. Sadly the U.S. State Department has chosen not to give the necessary approvals that Egypt requires. Many of my American friends and fellow activists have been prevented from entering Gaza based on the US State Department policy. Some have tried several times. A huge challenge to be sure. This situation has prevented my personal return to Gaza.The people of Gaza welcome Americans - in fact, most people in Gaza love America and love Americans. That was my experience during the months that I had residency in Gaza City.The Palestinian government makes it easy to visit Gaza if you have a good reason to enter Gaza.Sadly Israel, Egypt and the United States make it very difficult - if not impossibleConsequently there are few (if any) Americans in Gaza at this time.If they could get in, they would be welcomed.I would welcome the day when Israel and Egypt ease access to Gaza. Frankly, it is critical to the future of Gaza.

The hard part was changing established habits of impulsive actions (stealing cattle and horses, public drunkeness and violence, overreaction, frequent gambling, hanging out with other stupid, impulsive, angry, violent people, unreliability, and general distrust-no one’s more distrustful than a criminal as they continually see people at their worst.) Those that could or had those traits to a lesser degree like Butch Cassidy could blend back into normal society while mad dog killers like John Wesley Hardin couldn’t stay out of trouble.Temperament and leaving old associates behind has always been key, for those leaving criminal gangs now as much then with a wife the most common rehabilitative force.In the Old West there was only the Pinkerton Detective Agency with a national criminal database and multi-state searches. The U.S. Marshal’s service was limited to single state jurisdictions. The Union Pacific’s railroad detectives (the first with multi-state authority) only had legal authority on railroad property which while extensive would be 10–20% of the buildings in a town on the Union Pacific rail-line so a tiny portion of the whole but fairly quickly many of the largest communities (Denver, Cheyenne, Butte, the Kansas cow towns like Abilene and Dodge City, etc..) State police were rare with the Texas Rangers almost unique (Arizona’s Rangers were much more short-lived as an agency and much more limited jurisdiction.) County Sheriff’s, the only regional law in most states, were primarily property tax collectors for the county (keeping up to 50% of what was collected so a very lucrative and not especially dangerous or tiring job) and often operated a region’s jail (in or near the county courthouse for trials by the elected County Attorney, you don’t find nearly as many jails in the small towns themselves then or now.)Wanted posters of the time when you read them are at best a poor drawing and a description that could fit 20–30% of the male population. Circulation of “wanted” posters/criminal alerts via telegraph was erratic and many communities had little or no formal law staff (or public works, schools, road crews, waterworks, or city staff at all, taxes were very light and taxbase often ephemeral. So getting 50–100 miles from one’s crimes was often sufficient while traveling to a distant state meant permanent anonymity and was almost endlessly done. That said there weren’t that many people out West, a boomtown with unusual population density was still a few thousand people and even in a city of 50,000 (very big for the time out West) it’s easy to run into people you knew elsewhere.

Please interpret my answer narrowly.I do not care for President Trump very much, either as a person or as the President of the United States. From my admittedly subjective point of view, he is neither suited for nor capable of carrying out the office competently.However, that fact (or interpretation) does not entail that he is, therefore, guilty of any and all crimes that could apply to a public official.I don’t see any evidence that the president has graft as the goal of his term in office.Mr. Trump loves money, both to receive it and to spend it. He also loves to be adored by people. He is obviously enjoying the visibility and power he has at his disposal. But I haven’t seen where he is taking money from the American people for his personal gain. Remember, he’s not even taking anything but a token pay check.C. The job of POTUS is a high-maintenance, costly position. There is nothing he can do as long as he is in office that does not require a large outlay of taxpayers’ money. Like it or not, that comes with the job.It seems to be conventional wisdom that one of President Trump’s golfing weekends cost over two million dollars. That figure gives me the shivers, but I don’t know to what extent that figure could be lowered.D. It’s not the golf balls or green fees that are so expensive. It’s the security, use of Air Force 1, and all the other items that are part of the protocol that comes with being president that causes the expense.Where does that money come from? Obviously from the taxes that you and I pay.Where does that money go? It shouldn’t need pointing out that it does not go into Mr. Trump’s bank account. He gets to relax, play golf, chat with more or less important people, and think of clever things to tweet.The money is spent on his transportation, protection, and services rendered to him. If you think about it, it is transferred from one budget line, where it had just been sitting doing nothing, to other budget lines, from where it ultimately winds up in the paychecks of the various personnel who surround his excursions.Once there, the money is “alive” again, contributing to the economy in myriads of ways as the recipients pay their bills, buy groceries, invest, and whatever else people do with their money.It would be as ridiculous to say that President Trump should not play golf over the next four years as it would have been to demand chastity of President Clinton in his day. Personally, I’d rather have a president whose physical exercise takes place in a recognized outdoor sport. Regardless, whatever you may think of what he is doing with our tax money, it clearly does not go into his own pocket.To sum up: In my debatable opinion: 1) President Trump has done nothing so far to make me change my opinion that his presidency looks like an out-take from a bad B-movie, but 2) I don’t think that it is fair to place venality at the taxpayer’s expense among his shortcomings.E. I understand what it means to say “sayonara” in general, but I can’t envision what it’s supposed to concey in this particular case.When his time in the White House is over, Mr. Trump, like all presidents, will have to cede the position to someone else and move to another residence. He’ll no longer be as much in the public’s eye, and he will be a private citizen (with a few perks, such as Secret Service protection). His tweets will get fewer viewers. A similar fate awaits all incumbent presidents,The injection of “sayonara” seems to imply something a little more devious, as though he’s secretly abdicating the office prematurely and sneaking off into a hiding place with the money he has supposedly cheated us out of.F. In short, I’m not defending President Trump and his actions in toto. However, I would like to plead that we do not tax him with motives or misdeeds that he does not appear to be guilty off, particularly if it is done in an offensive and arrogant manner.That Donald Trump’s presidency is a “get-rich-quick” scheme cannot be confirmed by observation or inference and is, consequently, not obviously true.
