Are you assuming that the browser will send the email? That is not the way it is typically done. You include in your registration form a and use PHP or whatever on the server to send the email. In PHP it is PHP: mail - Manual But if you are already on the server it seems illogical to send an email. Just register the user immediately.

They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for.They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy.The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. No. If it is time to renew the registration for a vehicle that you do not plan to use, you may place your vehicle on Planned Non-Operation (NO) status. ... The vehicle cannot be driven or parked on California streets, roads, or highway until proof of insurance is received by the department.

A planned non operation payment must be paid either every year or every two years, depending on which state your vehicle is registered in as non-operational.

In insurance terms, a non-operational registration is called a non-op. By selecting Planned Non-Operation (NO) status, you will pay a lower rate but cannot legally drive the vehicle. You also cannot store, tow, or park the car on any public roads or highways.

A NO may also be filed online at www.dmv.ca.gov. Once the NO status is placed on a vehicle record, it will remain on the record until the registered owner wishes to register the vehicle. The registration expiration date remains the same and the registered owner will receive an annual Non-Operated Vehicle Notice.

If you plan to store and not operate your vehicle during the next renewal year, you may apply for the Planned Non-Operation (NO) option online. There is a filing fee for the NO. The NO filing fee may be paid up to 60 days prior to the expiration date without late fees.
