I mean you've been at eastop realy all this time you know there's other brokerages out there they offer various uh things for their agents what would you say the main reason or couple reasons whatever you want to say that you kind of stop with EOP realy brokerage mhm um you know like I mentioned from the beginning I we go we go back we know each other for a while um but not that that's like a factor but um at the Genesis of it it was a Vlad recommendation right and and that's a mutual friend of ours and who we we know and respect but that's where it started where my mindset and where I come from like very much into like hey I want to make sure I'm treating people ethically I want to make sure nobody ever walks away going I think I just got screwed on this deal right and those things that to serve people first and foremost and then cool I get a check afterwards um and that's the vibe I'm getting or I've been getting and that's why I've never had any interest in you know explor exporing
