in this video I'm going to answer the question now that you've identified the learning gap at your company what are you going to do with it also we got plans in this one so in previous videos I've addressed the importance of identifying what that learning gap is at your company so that you can start doing a needs assessment but how do you get from gap to the actual strategy and the needs assessment type you're going to use how do you feel that part of between the gap between the gap okay so you're alerting gap has identified that there's a situation and the situation in its current state versus what it's going to be like when it's in the perfect state after the needs assessment right so in order to get it from the learning gap and then actually be able to select which method you're going to use for needs assessment there are certain things that you need to do first so first you're going to define the problem is it going to be is it low sales and what contributes to this problem what ar
